About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively position the company in the market and sustainably expand regional presence
- Independently build and develop your sales territory with a focus on sustainable B2B new business
- Lead discussions at decision-maker level, quickly identify potential and consistently convert it into closed deals
- Take responsibility for the entire sales process – from planning to successful closing
- Work closely with inside sales for short communication paths, quick coordination and smooth daily operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hunter mentality and a genuine drive to build markets rather than just manage existing accounts
- Experience in field/outside sales, ideally in B2B sales, trading or a dynamic, consultative environment
- Independent, structured working style with a clear focus on results and performance
- Confident, composed presence and the ability to quickly build and earn trust
