• Regulatory licensing applications and maintenance: Coordination of MTL and other state registration applications and ongoing maintenance, including applications, renewals, maintenance filings, change notifications.
• Assist with foreign licensing matters and information gathering across stakeholders.
• Ensure all information as requested by regulators is tracked, gathered, reviewed, and delivered in a timely manner, including licensing trackers, regulatory calendars, and maintenance and organization of documentation.
• Ensure all licensing requirements are kept up to date and stakeholders are notified of upcoming requirements.
• Corporate/subsidiary governance organization: Maintenance and organization of all corporate documents, e.g. organizational documents, resolutions, authorizations.
• Assist with due diligence questionnaires and track review cycles, documentation collection, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Tracking and documenting board and committee meetings.
• Inventory and maintenance of the company's centralized policy hub ensuring version control of policies, procedures, and other documents.
• Liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Supporting Legal, Finance, and Compliance for other operational needs.
