About the role
- Inspection of shelving systems at our customers' sites domestically and, where applicable, abroad
- Communication with customers, inspectors and ADM, as well as technical processing and clarification of customer inquiries
- Up-/cross-selling of BITO products during customer appointments
- Performing maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile and LEO systems, including minor service tasks
- Handling complaints and troubleshooting/problem resolution
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with additional qualification as an electrical specialist; alternatively, completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
- We offer training to become a qualified electrical specialist
- Experience performing maintenance and service work is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and a high level of personal responsibility
