About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Inspection of shelving systems at our customers' sites domestically and, where applicable, abroad
Communication with customers, inspectors and ADM, as well as technical processing and clarification of customer inquiries
Up-/cross-selling of BITO products during customer appointments
Performing maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile and LEO systems, including minor service tasks
Handling complaints and troubleshooting/problem resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with additional qualification as an electrical specialist; alternatively, completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
We offer training to become a qualified electrical specialist
Experience performing maintenance and service work is an advantage
Good written and spoken English skills
Willingness to travel extensively
Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and a high level of personal responsibility
