About the role
- Inspection of shelving/racking systems at customer sites in Germany and, if required, abroad
- Communication with customers, inspectors and ADM, as well as technical handling and clarification of customer inquiries
- Up-selling and cross-selling BITO products during customer appointments
- Performing maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile and LEO systems, including minor service tasks
- Handling customer complaints and finding solutions
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an electrician (m/f/d) or mechatronics technician (m/f/d) with additional qualification as a certified electrical specialist, or alternatively completed training as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
- Experience in performing maintenance and service tasks is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
