About the role
- Inspection of racking systems at our customers' sites in Germany and, if applicable, abroad
- Communication with customers, inspectors and ADM, as well as technical processing and clarification of customer inquiries
- Up-/cross-selling of BITO products during customer appointments
- Performing maintenance on PROmotion, PROmobile and LEO, including minor service tasks
- Handling complaints and identifying solutions
Requirements
- Completed training as an Electronics Technician (m/f/d) or Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d) with further qualification as a qualified electrical specialist; alternatively, completed training as an Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d)
- Experience in carrying out maintenance and service work is an advantage
- Good written and spoken English
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel
- Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and a high level of personal responsibility
