About the role

  • Management of key accounts and maintenance of contacts in the CRM system
  • Preparation of analyses, statistics, and forecasts
  • Collaboration with international customers and colleagues
  • Tender management for international large-scale projects: evaluation and handling of complex enquiries, and sales of system solutions in intralogistics
  • Project management, including the planning phase and handover/coordination with subsequent company departments
  • Development of customer-specific sales strategies
  • Improvement and optimization of products and processes

Requirements

  • Commercial training with strong technical understanding or vice versa; additional qualifications as a business specialist/technician or a university degree are desirable
  • Several years of sales experience in project-based business
  • Business-fluent (negotiation-level) English
  • Knowledge of project management and experience using CAD software
  • Proficiency with common Office applications (e.g., MS Office)
  • Willingness to undertake occasional business travel domestically and internationally
  • Flexibility, results-oriented mindset, resilience, reliability, and teamwork
