About the role
- Management of key accounts and maintenance of contacts in the CRM system
- Preparation of analyses, statistics, and forecasts
- Collaboration with international customers and colleagues
- Tender management for international large-scale projects: evaluation and handling of complex enquiries, and sales of system solutions in intralogistics
- Project management, including the planning phase and handover/coordination with subsequent company departments
- Development of customer-specific sales strategies
- Improvement and optimization of products and processes
Requirements
- Commercial training with strong technical understanding or vice versa; additional qualifications as a business specialist/technician or a university degree are desirable
- Several years of sales experience in project-based business
- Business-fluent (negotiation-level) English
- Knowledge of project management and experience using CAD software
- Proficiency with common Office applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel domestically and internationally
- Flexibility, results-oriented mindset, resilience, reliability, and teamwork
