About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Complete account reviews from the assigned loan portfolio to determine risk profile
- Oversee the collection of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with internal partners and customers to fluently answer and escalate questions about new financing and/or business opportunities
- Communicate regularly with key stakeholders in critical areas, such as documentation preparation, credit services, treasury management, asset management, and credit administration, as it pertains to customers’ needs, products and services offered, and the loan process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, investments, business, data analysis, or related mathematical or quantitative discipline
- Familiarity with business financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort and confidence on the phone
- At least one (1) full year of experience in commercial underwriting, portfolio management, or a similar financial analysis position (Bonus)
- Experience reviewing personal credit reports, business tax returns, personal tax returns, and personal balance sheets (Bonus)
