About the role

  • Maintain the partner network (B2B), including content management and contract administration.
  • Manage customer relationships and retention from onboarding through annual content planning.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team.
  • Assist in conducting market, competitor and customer analyses.
  • Collaborate internally with Marketing to further develop offerings for customers.
  • Prepare and generate reports from the platform.
  • Support internal technical interfaces.
  • Optimize the platform — from gathering requirements to overseeing implementation with the vendor.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training, university degree, or comparable qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Basic knowledge of Learning & Development and familiarity with learning management systems.
  • Experience in Customer Success Management or a comparable role, preferably in the education/training sector.
  • Technical understanding and a structured working style.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and a friendly, professional manner.
  • Enjoy working dynamically in a young business unit.
