About the role
- You will support us in the successful preparation, planning, execution and follow-up of our event AIDAQ (AI & Data and Quantum Summit).
- You will independently take on (partial) projects as part of our event, ensure smooth on-site operations and evaluate and measure the success of your projects.
- You will handle speaker management, communicate with key contacts in advance and ensure our speakers always feel well looked after.
- You will contribute creative ideas and actively help make our events a success.
Requirements
- You have approximately 20 hours per week available to support us.
- You have already gained initial experience in events, marketing, communications or a similar field.
- You are interested in technologies and trends and are enthusiastic about innovative event concepts.
- You have a quick grasp, work independently, are organized and a team player.
- You are reliable and willing to take on responsibility.
- You speak fluent German and have a sense for professional conduct.
- You are enrolled as a student in Berlin with at least one year of study remaining.
