Backend Engineer

• Sie entwickeln moderne und zielführende Anwendungen – sowohl im Frontend als auch im Backend – auf Basis von C# und .NET.
• Sie greifen über O/R-Mapper und SQL-Statements auf den Microsoft SQL Server zu und konsumieren und entwicklen unsere WebAPI
• Sie schreiben Unit- und Integrationstests, damit unsere Software stabil und wartbar bleibt.
• Sie bringen sich aktiv in technische Konzepte und Architekturentscheidungen ein.

Account Executive

• Sales & New Business (approx. 80%): You will actively drive the expansion of our customer base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and acquire new customers for our software solution DISPONIC.
• You independently identify leads, build qualified lead lists and develop sustainable customer relationships — by phone, email and via digital channels.
• You are responsible for the entire sales cycle: from initial qualification through software demos and proposal preparation to contract closing and structured handover to customer success.
• You strategically manage and develop our existing customers, identify revenue potential and successfully implement upselling and cross-selling measures.
• You present DISPONIC at on-site meetings, presentations and decision-making rounds with major customers and prospects across the DACH region.
• Business Development & Growth (approx. 20%): You design, organize and host webinars and online presentations.
• You actively contribute to the creation and further development of sales and marketing materials.
• In close collaboration with customer success and product development, you bring in customer feedback and contribute to the customer-centric development of DISPONIC.
• You support us at trade shows, events and marketing campaigns, thereby strengthening our market presence.
