About the role

  • Develop warehouse management, safety management, and delivery management policies and manage third-party warehouse daily operations
  • Oversee global logistics management and delivery, including cross-border OEM logistics, and make decisions on logistics, transportation, permits, and tax rates
  • Schedule and continuously update master production plan based on forecasts, capacity, yield, and material constraints; control and monitor execution
  • Track outsourced orders' delivery status, assess subcontractor capacity, and ensure production and shipping plans are met
  • Establish and maintain subcontractor capacity data, inspect and verify capacity, conduct risk assessments, and improve delivery performance
  • Coordinate materials for subcontractor work orders to align arrivals with production plans
  • Monitor production bottlenecks, coordinate resources, organize exception meetings and follow up on resolutions
  • Optimize material requirement calculations and release accurate PR; develop inventory strategies, monitor sub-warehouse levels, analyze inventory rationality, and manage stagnant inventory
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts for subcontractors to ensure account accuracy
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Familiarity in international trade, logistics transportation, warehouse management, and related laws and regulations
  • Extensive experience with global logistics channels, tax rates, production permits, and certificate of origin requirements
  • Over 3 years of experience in logistics warehousing, production planning, and material requirement planning
  • Preference for experience in server or consumer electronics manufacturing industries
  • Highly efficient, strong prioritization, organizational, and adaptability skills
  • Independent problem-solving capabilities
  • Clear thinking, strong logic, attention to detail, conscientiousness, strong sense of responsibility, and strong principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good professional ethics and teamwork spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure, proactively identify and solve problems
  • Proficient in Word/Excel/PPT and ERP systems, expertise in Excel data analysis; Power BI is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
