About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively build and shape the sales function
- Build, maintain and expand customer relationships through empathetic, professional and needs-oriented communication
- Present the company by demonstrating the diverse applications of synthetic data
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement customer projects
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and networking events
- Conduct market analyses and identify business opportunities
- Regularly coordinate with management and participate in structured meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- B2B sales experience, ideally with complex IT solutions
- Strong market understanding and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- High IT affinity and interest in advanced technologies such as Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
- Excellent communication skills, empathy in customer management, and presentation and negotiation skills in German and English
- Innovative mindset and the ability to work independently and solution-oriented
- Creative approaches to sales and marketing challenges
