About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using Aisera’s platform
Build autonomous and multi-agent systems
Design and implement RAG pipelines
Integrate agents with external systems — APIs, webhooks, databases
Apply prompt engineering and configuration tuning
Translate business requirements into functional and technical agent designs
Build scalable backend services/microservices for AI applications
Implement AI governance, security, and compliance controls
Troubleshoot, monitor, and continuously improve deployed agents

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12 years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or systems integration
Hands-on experience with Aisera or comparable agentic AI / conversational AIOps platforms
Strong programming in Python (primary), plus Java and/or JavaScript
Proven experience building agents with LLM frameworks
Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases
Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-agent architectures
Integration experience: REST APIs, webhooks, data pipelines
Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with AI/LLM observability tooling (Langfuse, ELK) is highly desirable
Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills
