About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules.
  • Configure and customize Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, Catalog Items, and Service Portal components.
  • Implement and support Discovery, Event Management, CMDB, and CSDM initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, Azure AD, and third-party systems.
  • Perform platform enhancements, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
  • Hands-on experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog).
  • Hands-on experience in ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management).
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO, and enterprise integrations.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow development best practices.
  • Experience with Update Sets, Service Portal, Studio, Source Control, and Agile delivery methodologies.
