Technical Specialist – Cloud & Infra Engg
BirlasoftService Desk Engineer managing IT service desk inquiries and providing support to international clients. Troubleshooting user issues and collaborating with resolver teams to resolve escalated problems.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical assistance to our international clients
- First point of contact for users who call IT Service Desk
- Handle issues from incoming tickets, calls & chats
- Track all information in ticket tracking system
- Troubleshoot basic end user issues on various software applications, hardware
- Collaborate with advanced resolver teams for unresolved issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Service Desk Analyst Experience- 5-7 Years
- Excellent Communication Skill with international voice experience
- Strong experience & Knowledge of ITIL Process
- Strong experience & Knowledge of MIM
- Active Directory-O365 is Required.
