About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with business and support teams to effectively identify needs, create and deliver customer specific programs.
Create manage and deliver flagship soft skills development programs.
Deliver soft skills training.
Strategize, manage and execute organization level training programs/initiatives.
Drive participation in training programs.
Assess the success of development programs through robust effectiveness checks.
Support the program manager/trainer in ensuring coverage as per defined metrics for behavioural, managerial and leadership programs.
Support other organization-wide learning initiatives as necessary.
Creating blended learning programs with micro-learning content, & playlists curation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in business administration/ HR/ Psychology
Experience of 3- 6 years in L&D
Overall, 6 years of experience in learning management
Experience and knowledge on program management
Knowledge and experience in instructional design
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in designing and delivering instructor led sessions in in-person and virtual formats
Experience in developing e-learning content preferable
Proficient in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS)
