Key responsibilities & impact

Develop CAPM-based applications using Node.js and CDS (Core Data Services) on SAP BTP
Implement side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public/Private Edition) following Clean Core guidelines
Design and expose OData services and APIs for integration with SAP and non-SAP systems
Configure multi-target applications (MTA) and deploy on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry
Collaborate with UI5/Fiori developers for end-to-end application delivery
Ensure performance optimization, security compliance, and scalability of CAPM applications
Participate in Agile ceremonies, provide estimations, and deliver sprint-ready increments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 + years of experience
Strong hands-on experience in SAP CAPM, Node.js, CDS, and OData service development
Expertise in SAP BTP architecture, Business Application Studio (BAS), and deployment processes
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Cloud extensibility concepts and Clean Core principles
Knowledge of API-first architecture, event-driven patterns, and integration with SAP CPI
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize CAPM applications for performance and reliability.
