About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to Environment, Health & Safety processes.
  • Configure and support SAP EHS modules including:
  • Incident Management
  • Risk Assessment
  • Compliance Management
  • Environment Management
  • Occupational Health
  • Product Safety
  • Dangerous Goods Management
  • Work on SAP S/4HANA EHS Public/Private Cloud implementations.
  • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders for workshops, requirement gathering, UAT, and go-live activities.
  • Support master data migration and integration activities with PM, MM, QM, and HR modules.
  • Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause resolution for production support.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, reports, forms, and interfaces.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and reporting standards.
  • Participate in rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP EHS
  • Strong experience in SAP EHS with at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations
  • Hands-on expertise in Incident Management, Compliance Management, and Risk Assessment
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications related to EHS
  • SAP certification in EHS or SAP S/4HANA is preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or construction industries is an added advantage
