About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate business requirements into PLM system workflows
- Configure product lifecycle processes and product structure management workflows
- Support engineering teams adopting the PLM platform
- Participate in process workshops and design sessions
- Document system configurations and operational procedures
- Support system testing and validation activities
- Assist in training material preparation and delivery
- Ensure compliance with enterprise process standards
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives
- Provide operational support during system rollout phases
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–15 years of experience in engineering lifecycle processes
- Strong knowledge of product data management and engineering change processes
- Experience supporting engineering organizations in system adoption
- Ability to translate business requirements into system workflows
- Degree in Engineering or Information Systems
- Experience with enterprise PLM platforms
- Experience supporting manufacturing or automotive engineering organizations
