About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational support for Microsoft Active Directory services and their components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including root cause analysis (RCA).
- Execute administrative tasks such as system copies, installations, & upgrades.
- Respond to audit requirements, perform required compliance checks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience managing Microsoft Active Directory services including: GPO operations, DNS management.
- Basic scripting (powershell)
- Good understanding of Windows OS, networking services.
- Ability to propose solutions
