About the role
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes
- offer implementation advice to customers
- Works independently with business to gathers business requirements
- Writes functional and data requirements specifications
- leads the Integration testing effort
- Works with business to conduct User Acceptance Testing
- Identify root cause of issues and fix the root cause
- Collaborate with development and testing teams
- Develop functional specs and testing
- Knowledge of JIRA process( added advantage)
- EDI Knowledge
Requirements
- BE/BTech
- Experience 5-10 years in JDE
- JDE
- basic SQL (added advantage)
- Oracle JDE certification (added advantage)
- Service management setup
- Service and Warranty management
- Service work order management
- Service billing
- Effective Business Communication
- Learning attitude
- ownership
- passion to achieve results.
- Domain experience in Manufacturing (added advantage)
