About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP EWM issues in production and non-production environments.
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to inbound and outbound processing.
- Configure and maintain EWM settings such as warehouse structure, storage types, and bins.
- Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
- Prepare functional specifications for minor developments or system improvements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–8 years of SAP experience with EWM support
- Experience with embedded EWM in SAP ECC
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP EWM
- Integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP
- Certification in SAP EWM (preferred)
