About the role

  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, PI Planning and Retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach the team on Agile/SAFe/Scrum best practices and principles.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure sprint goals align with system requirements.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Identify and remove impediments to team progress, escalating when necessary.
  • Monitor sprint progress and performance using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts).
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Experience in Project Management and/or serving as Scrum Master
  • Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • Understanding of financial controls needed in project management and consulting work
  • Practical understanding of how to scope and estimate work
  • Well versed in Application Management Process
  • JIRA deployment skills
  • Release Planning and Management including Forecasting future releases; End-to-End Delivery Management: Coordinate requirements gathering, Delivery Management, Escalation Management, Promote a culture of accountability
