About the role
- Oversee the planning and implementation of multiple projects within the program.
- Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Manage risks and issues and take corrective measurements when necessary.
- Develop and control the program’s budget and report on its performance.
Requirements
- 15-25 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
- Proficient in program management software such as Microsoft Project
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in strategic planning and risk management
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation procedures
- Understanding of business operations and procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
