About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI.
  • Configure and set up OData services and work extensively with REST, SOAP APIs for synchronous and asynchronous integrations.
  • Implement dynamic calls and flows, complex XSLT mappings, Groovy scripts, and message mappings.
  • Utilize Partner Directory for managing integration partners.
  • Work extensively on SaaS application integrations (e.g., SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur).
  • Leverage BTP services such as SAP Event Mesh, Destination, XSUAA, and SAP API Management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end integration solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows, including error handling and performance tuning.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in integration design.
  • Apply clean-core extension strategies and side-by-side extensibility for SAP S/4HANA integration scenarios.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies
  • Hands-on experience with CAPM using Node.js or Java
  • Proficiency in REST, OData, SOAP APIs, and integration patterns
  • Practical knowledge of SAP Event Mesh, Destination, XSUAA, and SAP API Management
  • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its integration scenarios
  • Skilled in complex XSLT mappings, Groovy scripting, and message mappings
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Expertise in SaaS implementation projects end to end.
