About the role

  • SFDC Lead: Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud
  • Develop Salesforce.com platform modules, interfaces, and database functions
  • Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce projects
  • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices
  • Lead technical planning and requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of design and development experience in Salesforce
  • Good understanding of the overall platform and various clouds – Sales, Service, Experience, CPQ, Field Service, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud etc.
  • Should have worked as technical lead on end-to-end development/implementation projects.
  • Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Should have good business understanding and ability to convert functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices
  • Develops Salesforce.com platform modules, interfaces, and database functions using Lightning framework (LWC and Aura), Visual Force, and the Apex coding language
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization
  • Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Clouds
  • Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce platform
  • Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices and Integration Technologies.
  • Perform code reviews and technical oversight
  • Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
  • Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients
