About the role
- Lead business analysis activities for Windchill implementation projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to define and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with cross-functional teams to understand current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triaging.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on PLM best practices and Windchill capabilities.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of BA standards and templates.
Requirements
- Prior experience with Medical Device industry a major plus experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Strong experience in PTC Windchill implementation projects (e.g., PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, Windchill Quality Solutions).
- Solid understanding of PLM processes including BOM management, change management, document control, and product data governance.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
