About the role

  • Design and develop end-to-end architecture for Oracle EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS, etc.).
  • Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
  • Provide guidance to development teams on best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization.
  • Review technical designs and ensure compliance with architectural principles.
  • Lead Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and migration projects.
  • Plan and execute cloud migration strategies (OCI or hybrid environments).
  • Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning.
  • Implement security standards and compliance measures.
  • Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and governance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS implementation and architecture.
  • Expertise in multiple EBS modules (Financials, SCM, HRMS).
  • Strong experience in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, and OA Framework.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic, and Linux/Unix environments.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
