About the role
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Manage functional design, system configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
- Work extensively with Recruiting, Core HR, Kronos Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Develop and maintain eligibility Fast Formulas and BI reports for reporting and automation needs.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify, analyze, and resolve system issues.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, process optimization, and configuration improvements.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues and system enhancements.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional
- 3-5 years of experience in HCM modules: Recruiting, Core HR, Kronos Workforce Management, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Strong experience with Fast Formulas (eligibility) and BI reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of HCM business processes and system integrations.
- Experience in end-to-end system implementation, configuration, and support.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
