About the role
- Design and execute test strategies for AI/ML models and applications.
- Validate AI algorithms for accuracy, fairness, performance, and compliance with requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in AI systems.
- Prepare test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
- Use Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and reporting.
- Apply best practices in AI testing, including bias detection and robustness checks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing.
- 6–12 months of experience in AI/ML model testing.
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data validation, and model evaluation techniques.
- Familiarity with AI testing tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Testing, PyTest for ML).
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing test workflows.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills.
