About the role
- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions for IT operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Oversee the development and deployment of automation projects
- Stay updated with trends in automation and technologies
- Conduct regular reviews of automation solutions for improvement
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT Operations
- Strong technical background in AI technologies
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, Powershell/Shell scripting, Go, C++
- Familiarity with Langchain, LangGraph, and Langsmith
- Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing/Understanding (NLP/U)
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD automation
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Amelia, Resolve, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Nexthink, UIPath
- Strong understanding of conversational AI platforms like Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, Microsoft Copilot
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
