Review and refine each member's home maintenance 'to-do' list and discuss preventive and routine services
Engage in informative discussions about preventive and routine maintenance solutions
Deliver a clear action plan with specific scope elements identified for upcoming service visits and a personalized HomeCare Plan
Build trust through patience, humor, active listening, and real-time problem-solving; use storytelling where appropriate
Interact with members early in the relationship, establishing a tone of attentiveness, professionalism and service
Aim for long-term, delightful member relationships beyond episodic fixes
Leverage a technical understanding of residential systems and broad trades knowledge to discuss options with homeowners
Requirements
Background in residential housing with knowledge of major home systems (HVAC, appliances, electrical/plumbing) and ability to discuss preventive maintenance
Experience as a home inspector, general contractor, or skilled handyman/or equivalent background
Strong verbal and written communication skills; easy-going confidence and ability to build rapport
High emotional intelligence; ability to read the room, listen actively, and practice empathy
Problem-solving mindset; ability to explain issues clearly and present actionable solutions
Experience with virtual meetings/remote sessions and comfortable using technology
Customer-service oriented with a focus on delivering a high-touch onboarding experience
Willingness to work flexible, episodic, part-time style scheduling as described in the posting
