About the role
- Oversee and improve financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and review monthly P&Ls for projects
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Review bookkeeping outputs and reporting workpapers
- Lead preparation and coordination of annual financial statements across multiple jurisdictions
- Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts and conduct performance monitoring
- Maintain accurate cash planning and treasury-related activities
- Ensure accurate tax filings and regulatory submissions
- Lead and manage the finance team, design financial controls, and improve processes
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance controlling roles
- Experience in a senior finance role or team leadership
- Strong understanding of accounting processes, month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with P&Ls and cash flow planning
- Experience working with multiple entities and/or jurisdictions
- Practical experience in cost control and financial monitoring
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience interacting with banks and EMIs
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
