Key responsibilities & impact

Build clear, responsive React and Redux interfaces for complex operational workflows
Build APIs, integrations, and business logic using Java and Spring Boot
Use agents throughout specification, implementation, review, testing, debugging, and documentation
Create meaningful unit, integration, API, and front-end tests

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of professional software-development experience
Mastery of an agentic development tool such as Claude Code or Cursor
Practical experience using AI for specifications, coding, reviews, QA, automated testing, debugging, and documentation
Experience orchestrating subagents or parallel AI workflows
A strong understanding of context-window management
The technical judgment to verify, correct, and take ownership of AI-generated work
Strong production experience with React and Redux
Strong production experience with Java and Spring Boot
Professional experience with either Node.js or Python
Experience building and operating customer-facing web applications
Experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and automated testing
