Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless experience
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Proactively address customer concerns and work towards long-term satisfaction
- Lead contract renewal discussions well in advance of expiration dates
- Identify and recommend service upgrades based on customer needs
- Identify and refer new sales and expansion opportunities to the Sales team
- Act as the primary relationship manager during customer implementations
- Frequently travel across the U.S. to meet with customers in person
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar role
- Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.
- Experience in the transportation and logistics or security solutions industry preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers
- Ability to navigate complex contract discussions and resolve issues
- Works well cross-functionally with sales, operations, and implementation teams
