About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Proactively address customer concerns and work towards long-term satisfaction
  • Lead contract renewal discussions well in advance of expiration dates
  • Identify and recommend service upgrades based on customer needs
  • Identify and refer new sales and expansion opportunities to the Sales team
  • Act as the primary relationship manager during customer implementations
  • Frequently travel across the U.S. to meet with customers in person

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in account management, customer success, or a similar role
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the U.S.
  • Experience in the transportation and logistics or security solutions industry preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers
  • Ability to navigate complex contract discussions and resolve issues
  • Works well cross-functionally with sales, operations, and implementation teams
