About the role

  • Own field events end-to-end, from developing the event concept and managing budgets, vendors, and logistics, to aligning with Sales, executing on-site, and tracking post-event ROI and pipeline impact
  • Partner closely with Sales to plan and execute owned events across multiple U.S. cities
  • Manage all event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, AV, signage, shipping, and on-site execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams including RevOps, Design, Product Marketing, and Customer Marketing to ensure alignment and strong execution
  • Track and report on event performance, including registrations, attendance, meetings, pipeline influenced, and revenue impact
  • Maintain organized event trackers, timelines, and post-event recaps
  • Support additional field marketing programs as needed, including sponsored events, trade shows, partner events, and larger regional or national initiatives

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing
  • Experience working closely with Sales teams and supporting pipeline goals
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple events across different markets at once
  • Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI
  • Clear, professional communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel up to 10-20% for events (typically 2-3 times a month for 2 days each)
