About the role

  • Work with leading companies in the technology sector, industry, and the automotive, energy and utilities sectors.
  • Support innovative companies in M&A and private equity transactions as well as in reorganizations and joint ventures.
  • Advise our clients by combining legal expertise with commercial understanding.
  • Guide companies through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to expanding market presence across Europe.

Requirements

  • Two above-average German state law examinations (Staatsexamina).
  • International study experience.
  • Relevant professional experience in Corporate / M&A.
  • Solid knowledge in Corporate / M&A.
  • Independently review and amend straightforward acquisition agreements.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Strong interest in economic and commercial contexts.
  • Ability to work in a team and pursue shared success.
