About the role
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions
- Manage the entire development lifecycle: from implementing new features through testing and release to documentation and knowledge transfer
- Develop automations involving external platforms and the use of APIs and integrations
- Manage external service providers during the implementation of complex projects
- Test and deploy monthly security updates, app updates, and family upgrades
- Support, configure, and maintain ServiceNow instances
- Advise and support users to ensure optimal use of the platform
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a ServiceNow architect or developer
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Service Portal and IntegrationHub
- Experience managing external service providers and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
- Familiarity with Power Automate, API integrations, and custom application development
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Team player who enjoys collaborating in interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with very good German and solid English skills, both written and spoken
