Accounting Manager

• Own technical accounting within Sage Intacct on complex transactions, including VIE consolidation analysis, accounting for tax equity structures, revenue recognition (PPAs and RECs), leases, asset impairment, income and property taxes, and business combinations.
• Evaluate the accounting implications of new project acquisitions, financings, capitalization of costs, and partnership flip structures, and advise on GAAP treatment.
• Manage the consolidation of the entity structure, ensuring accurate elimination entries and non-controlling/tax equity interest allocations across 100+ entities.
• Partner with the Controller and accounting operations team to ensure technical positions are properly reflected in the close process and financial statements.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, technical memos, and internal controls documentation to support a scalable, audit-ready control environment.
• Monitor and assess the impact of new and proposed accounting standards (FASB/GAAP updates) on the company and lead implementation efforts.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to accounting staff on complex accounting matters as the entity structure and portfolio grow.

Technical Accounting Director

Project Manager

• Oversee and manage the delivery of Company projects, on time, on budget, and in accordance with all applicable health, safety, contract, quality, and legal requirements
• Coordinate, supervise, and manage project team consisting of internal resources (i.e., Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, Design Engineers) and outside partners such as subcontractors, consultants, clients, utilities, development partners
• Take direct responsibility for all aspects of project delivery, where necessary
• Lead team in vetting, qualifying, referencing, scoping, price negotiation, and contracting with contractors
• Implement and manage project administration, including project meetings, document control, submittals, quality control, construction team planning and documentation, and other close‑out and commissioning of projects
• Manage budget, expenses, revenue, margin, and schedule for multiple simultaneous projects; track project actual P&L vs. plan and take corrective action to meet objectives; accurately forecast project revenues, cost, and margins
• Implement health and safety program for each project; manage project compliance with health and safety program, including compliance by personnel, contractors, customers, and others at the project site
• Assure continuous compliance by project and contractors with requirements of all project contracts, subcontracts, applicable laws, and applicable permits
• Take primary responsibility for understanding and applying federal, state, and local code and regulatory requirements
• Implement and manage processes to secure and maintain required approvals from customers, interconnection providers, and local authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs)
• Assure accurate and timely submittals to customers, interconnection providers, and AHJs
• Support internal origination, development, financing, and engineering teams on project matters, including project pricing, technical design, compliance with site requirements, permitting, and other constraints
• Perform project diligence, including site reconnaissance, geotech, and investigations
• Attend AHJ meetings, oversee and provide input on preparation of project design and construction documentation and plans
• Report on projects to internal and external colleagues and project stakeholders; manage project details and update project progress

Project Manager, Utility-Scale Solar Development

Manager

• Create and maintain a Company Quality Control program for solar PV and BESS projects
• Negotiate QC contract exhibits with EPCs and review and approve EPCs QA/QC plans
• Complete site visits to inspect EPCs implementation and adherence to QA/QC procedures
• Review manufacturer factory acceptance testing results for transformers, inverters, PV modules, breakers, and other Owner Furnished Equipment
• Attend golden row walks and first install reviews for critical construction milestones on site
• Create punch list of construction deficiencies through in person inspections and contractor submittal review

Quality Control Manager

Electrical Engineer

• Manage engineering from late-stage development through completion of construction
• Ensure projects are designed and constructed to meet technical specifications
• Create Single Line Diagrams for Interconnection Applications
• Create tracker and fixed tilt layouts in AutoCAD
• Run PVsyst energy models
• Review and provide input for EPC Agreement and Equipment Purchase Agreement technical exhibits
• Host project design meetings with EPCs and consultants

Electrical Project Engineer

• Drive technical performance across the entire operating solar and storage portfolio
• Develop strategies to optimize system performance, uptime, and longevity while minimizing operational risk
• Collaborate with asset managers, development, and execution teams to ensure smooth handover of projects into operations
• Oversee monitoring platforms (e.g., Power Factors, AlsoEnergy) and analytics tools to ensure real-time visibility into system performance
• Identify underperformance trends, root causes, and drive remediation strategies with internal teams and O&M providers
• Support technical due diligence for performance guarantees, warranties, and potential repowering
• Manage and evaluate third-party O&M service providers to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance
• Support and collaborate third-party O&M preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maintain an effective maintenance strategy
• Track and enforce contractual obligations related to warranties, spare parts, and equipment servicing
• Standardize and lead the generation of technical reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., investors, lenders)
• Maintain comprehensive asset records including equipment specs, warranties, outages, and performance history
• Evaluate and implement advanced monitoring, diagnostics, and asset management software
• Lead automation and process improvements using data tools (Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, etc.) to streamline reporting and analysis
• Ensure assets operate in compliance with grid interconnection and regulatory standards
• Support NERC compliance efforts and other applicable reliability or interconnection requirements
