Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in product development, project coordination, or working within Agile/Scrum teams, specifically with software, platform, or web-based products. Experience in a related analytical or technology role will also be considered.
- Technical Acumen: Jira is the primary tool; Confluence is a plus. Experience with Rally or equivalent Agile platforms is acceptable. Basic familiarity with the software development lifecycle is expected.
- AI Fluency: Hands-on experience using AI tools — such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms — for prototyping, design exploration, or accelerating product workflows. Comfort applying AI tools practically in a product context is expected.
