About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of projects, initiatives, and strategic program events;
Support the structuring and detailing of work plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables;
Facilitate integration and alignment between teams, stakeholders, and involved areas;
Coordinate the logistics, organization, and execution of workshops, roadshows, and corporate events;
Monitor activity progress, follow up with owners, and support resolution of issues and deviations;
Consolidate management information, KPIs, status reports, executive presentations, and decision-support materials;
Track the execution of action plans and support mobilization of stakeholders to meet established deadlines;
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the management of projects and events, proposing adjustments and optimization initiatives;
Periodically revisit plans, schedules, and strategies, incorporating lessons learned, feedback, and new program needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis; or Business Administration; or Economics; or Engineering.
Solid experience leading digital transformation and agile transformation initiatives in medium and large organizations.
Experience in developing teams and leaders, promoting adoption of new ways of working, strengthening agile culture, and advancing competencies.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 productivity tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, among others).
