About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the functional and technical quality of deliverables.
Plan, structure, and execute end-to-end tests with a focus on the user journey.
Create test scenarios, test cases, and execution evidence.
Validate functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Support the definition of the test strategy together with product, development, and data teams.
Execute manual tests and, when applicable, automated tests.
Support or implement unit tests in collaboration with the development team.
Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects.
Create clear, concise, and reusable test documentation.
Use AI to accelerate scenario generation, review of acceptance criteria, impact analysis, documentation, and automation support.
Work with tools such as Devin, Windsurf, or similar for test productivity, code analysis, and script creation.
Participate in agile ceremonies, refinements, planning sessions, and acceptance testing/approvals.
Ensure that deliverables meet expected standards of quality, usability, stability, and reliability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a QA Analyst, QA Engineer, Test Analyst, or a similar role.
Experience with end-to-end testing.
Experience creating test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
Knowledge of functional, regression, exploratory, and user acceptance testing.
Experience validating user journeys and acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of unit testing or experience working closely with development teams to support this validation.
Ability to analyze requirements and translate business rules into test scenarios.
Experience logging and tracking bugs using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
Knowledge or experience with AI applied to software quality, including scenario generation, documentation, coverage analysis, or automation.
Good communication skills with technical teams, product, and other stakeholders.
