About the role

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Java and related frameworks;
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to create intuitive user interfaces;
  • Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services;
  • Write tests and ensure code quality;
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes;
  • Actively participate in technical refinement sessions;
  • Identify and recommend architectural and technological improvements for backend solutions and integrations;
  • Monitor adherence to software development best practices;
  • Ensure high test coverage across projects;
  • Collect and export application performance metrics;
  • Anticipate opportunities and issues, acting quickly to develop preventive solutions.

Requirements

  • Java 8+ with Spring Boot;
  • Strong knowledge of JPA / Hibernate;
  • Microservices architecture and messaging systems;
  • Development of secure, scalable RESTful APIs;
  • Angular 8+ and TypeScript (knowledge of React/Next.js is a plus);
  • HTML5, CSS3 and seamless front-end to back-end integration;
  • Advanced SQL: expertise in designing and performance tuning of relational databases;
  • Experience with NoSQL databases;
  • Git for version control;
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
  • Experience with Jenkins pipelines and Git;
  • Experience developing enterprise systems, with strong expertise in Java backend and Angular frontend;
  • Certifications in Java and/or Angular are a plus;
  • Degree: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
