About the role

  • IT consulting & advisory: Leading comprehensive IT diagnostics, digital maturity assessments, and the development of detailed roadmaps focused on value creation and ROI
  • High-level consultative management: Strategic engagement with C-level executives, focused on market trends, technological innovation and competitive positioning, going beyond operational status reporting
  • Offer structuring: Development of new commercial offerings and customized digital products, based on in-depth analysis of client pain points and market opportunities
  • Governance and operational excellence: Implementation of governance frameworks, ensuring operational excellence and proactive contractual protection
  • End-to-end P&L management: Full responsibility for margin, revenue, profitability and the financial health of the account, with a focus on sustainable growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Experienced Senior Consultant: Proven track record in IT/strategy consultancies (Big Four, specialized boutiques), with experience facilitating executive workshops and leading transformation programs
  • Strong generalist perspective: Broad knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, agile methodologies and the ability to engage in technically grounded dialogue with engineering teams
  • Financial expertise: Solid experience in controlling and managing P&L for complex accounts, with a proven history of margin optimization and revenue growth
  • Strategic differentiator: Demonstrated ability in structured account planning, proactive identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities and expansion of commercial relationships
