About the role

  • Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications for distributed systems.
  • Implement microservices and event-driven solutions using Java, Spring, and messaging technologies.
  • Ensure stability, scalability, and fault tolerance of applications.
  • Work in global environments, collaborating with international teams.
  • Support technical evolution through best practices and code reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed; however, candidates from all academic backgrounds are welcome.
  • Experience and deep technical expertise in Java, Spring, messaging, data stores, microservices, and Azure technologies
  • Very strong core Java
  • Experience building large, complex, fault-tolerant globally distributed systems
  • Low-latency event processing
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Nice to have: Capital markets experience
  • Ability to attend São Paulo office 2–3 days per week
