About the role

  • Develop and implement the communications plan for the area, aligned with strategic objectives;
  • Conduct stakeholder perception assessments and propose improvement actions based on methodologies such as ADKAR or others;
  • Create communication formats (web pages, email communications, social media posts, news articles, videos) to communicate transformations in the Operations & Maintenance process;
  • Propose institutional materials that capture the target audience’s attention, distributed across different channels and aligned with Petrobras Corporate Communications guidelines;
  • Guide and direct the creation of narratives for internal communication pieces requested by business units and applicable to different objectives and audiences; assist in drafting and/or reviewing texts to ensure communications are clear, objective, strategic, engaging, and effective in meeting the defined goal;
  • Contribute to the development of managerial or technical reports, focusing on layout and text revision;
  • Plan and produce content, develop informational and/or educational campaigns, organize events, and measure results of posts on internal social media;
  • Plan campaigns, actions, strategies, workflows, target outcomes and other activities aimed at promoting and sustaining new technological solutions;
  • Develop effective corporate communication strategies (form and content), targeted at diverse audiences, from Senior Management to operational teams;
  • Prepare relationship action plans to address critical issues identified in perception diagnostics, suggesting relationship management solutions to be implemented for each audience and each communication channel;
  • Provide technical support for managing, monitoring and implementing relationship solutions and actions with stakeholders, analyzing survey data, executing elements of the relationship plan, addressing critical issues identified in perception diagnostics, and implementing relationship management solutions per audience and channel;
  • Develop and/or support the preparation of communication and relationship plans, focusing on key elements and content such as diagnostics, objectives, strategies, action plans, and evaluation instruments. The role also includes collecting, analyzing, processing, recording, systematizing information and developing and/or applying planning methodologies;
  • Identify opportunities to develop or strengthen communication activities to publicize the actions and results that fall within the area’s scope of work.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising or related fields;
  • Experience in writing and editing, web design and content production, social media and content management platforms;
  • Advanced knowledge of digital communication tools;
  • Advanced knowledge of media editing software;
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially those used for communication;
  • Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written);
  • Advanced English (preferred) or intermediate (acceptable) — conversational and written;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influence at different organizational levels;
  • Self-management skills with a focus on results and priority management;
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proactive and critical thinking to identify and solve communication challenges;
