About the role

  • Consolidate, analyze and report monthly financial and operational results
  • Develop and automate dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Monitor FP&A metrics and targets, assessing variances and trends
  • Prepare forecasts and support budget reviews
  • Define and monitor austerity guidelines and financial efficiency measures
  • Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives
  • Conduct profitability, sensitivity and scenario analyses
  • Support strategic planning and executive reporting
  • Work with business units to interpret data and generate insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, and/or Accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Strong client-facing communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and requests independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of austerity guidelines and financial management best practices
  • Previous experience in management consulting or FP&A / controllership
  • Experience developing business cases and financial models
  • Proficiency in Power BI and automation tools
  • Knowledge of financial planning methods (budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast)
  • Familiarity with performance KPIs and profitability analysis
  • Intermediate to advanced English
