About the role
- Consolidate, analyze and report monthly financial and operational results
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Monitor FP&A metrics and targets, assessing variances and trends
- Prepare forecasts and support budget reviews
- Define and monitor austerity guidelines and financial efficiency measures
- Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives
- Conduct profitability, sensitivity and scenario analyses
- Support strategic planning and executive reporting
- Work with business units to interpret data and generate insights
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, and/or Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks and requests independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of austerity guidelines and financial management best practices
- Previous experience in management consulting or FP&A / controllership
- Experience developing business cases and financial models
- Proficiency in Power BI and automation tools
- Knowledge of financial planning methods (budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast)
- Familiarity with performance KPIs and profitability analysis
- Intermediate to advanced English
