About the role
- Analyze data from CDPs, CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), digital media platforms and analytics tools (GA4, BigQuery, etc.).
- Define, structure and track key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion, engagement, churn, etc.).
- Create reports, dashboards and ad-hoc analyses for Marketing, CRM and Growth stakeholders.
- Propose improvement actions based on generated insights (campaign optimization, segmentation, customer journeys and retention).
- Support the design and monitoring of full-funnel KPIs (awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty).
- Link business metrics to Martech operations and campaigns, translating results into practical recommendations.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of the data used in analyses.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with a focus on Marketing/CRM/Martech.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, performance and CRM metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (BigQuery, Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or similar).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRMs/CDPs.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience in tracking customer journeys and segmentation.
- Knowledge of statistics applied to marketing (A/B testing, propensity models, regression analysis).
- Experience with attribution models and cross-channel measurement.
- Experience in real-time personalization and campaign automation projects.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
