Sales Representative
BioStem Technologies (OTC: BSEM)Sales Representative working with BioStem Technologies to increase market share in the medical technology field. Focused on promoting products to hospitals and healthcare providers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell to commercial hospitals, physician offices, wound care centers, and Federal Government accounts.
- Achieves sales performance goals as specified in the sales/quota plan.
- Define and identify key market opportunities, implement marketing strategies, and effectively implement sales direction to penetrate existing accounts and gain new customers.
- Conducts all job functions in a manner that promotes a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Develop territory business plan to ensure achievement of monthly revenue goals and overall sustainable long-term growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years’ experience in outside sales preferably in the medical device, wound care, biotechnology, or tissue segment.
- Previous experience in high growth organizations building market share.
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
- High energy, flexibility, results oriented individual.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong collaborative skills; ability to work equally efficient with other team members as part of an interdisciplinary team and independently (with minimal supervision)
