  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields.
  • Experience leading software development projects, system implementations, or digital platform rollouts.
  • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban, with hands-on experience running ceremonies and managing the backlog.
  • Knowledge of project management and the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, MS Project, or similar.
  • Ability to plan, track schedules, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, organization, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, analytical, resilient profile with an ownership mindset and focus on delivering customer value.
  • Certifications in Scrum, Kanban, or Project Management (PSM, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, KMP, or similar).
  • Experience in PMO and project governance.
  • Background in digital transformation projects.
  • Experience with corporate or public sector clients.
  • Knowledge of project indicators and metrics management.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Lead software development and digital solution implementation projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, business areas, and technical team, promoting alignment and continuous communication.
  • Plan, create, and monitor schedules, backlogs, sprints, deliverables, and action plans.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective, ensuring their effectiveness.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments, acting proactively to minimize impact.
  • Ensure adherence to processes and governance established by the PMO.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including functional scope, requirements, schedules, minutes, and work plans.
  • Monitor indicators and report project progress to clients and leadership.
  • Act proactively to identify improvement opportunities, proposing solutions that add value to the client and the project.
  • Mobilize stakeholders and teams to ensure commitments are met and deliveries succeed.
  • Apply project management best practices, using the methodology most appropriate to each context.
